New to parenthood? Amazed and/or besotted by your new little being? Confused by this whole parenting thing and wanting some gentle guidance (but not heavy-handed "advice")? Feeling isolated and wanting to find your people? Missing your old self and wondering where that person went?
Come to Happy Babies, a weekly drop-in educational support group for new (and multiple-time!) parents! Led by postpartum doula and breastfeeding educator Emma, we provide a comfortable space (and snacks!) for you to:
- Ask all your questions—development patterns, sleep, feeding, self-care, etc.
- Build your new community of “peer-ents”
- Be supported as you find your “new normal”

From Milk to Table: How to Feed a Baby
Feeding your baby their first table foods is a project. What and how to feed them, worries about allergies or creating a picky eater—it can be overwhelming to know how to start and follow through!
Our class, "From Milk to Table," offers practical tools, evidence-based advice, and examples from panelists on how to introduce your baby to the wonderful world of table foods. We cover:
- Infant nutrition
- Different philosophies of food introduction
- When to start and signs of readiness
- Safety—high chairs, choking, current guidelines on introducing high allergen foods
